We carry out insert replacements, cavity reprofiling, repair welding and hardening, and in urgent cases we act in emergency mode within 24–48 hours.
The most common faults brought to us are: broken pins or punches, worn cavities and sealing surfaces, mechanical damage after dry running, cooling channel corrosion. Every repair is carried out so that the tool returns to full functionality and durability close to a new tool. Assessment and quotation are free after delivery.

Do you repair tools made by other manufacturers?
Yes, we repair tools regardless of manufacturer. Documentation is not required. We recreate missing parts from measurements when needed.
How quickly can you take in an emergency tool?

Is the tool as durable after repair as a new one?
A correctly carried out regeneration, including replacement of working elements and re-hardening, restores full functionality and durability close to a new tool.
How much does tool assessment cost?
Assessment and repair quotation after delivery are free. You pay only for the agreed scope of repair.
Can I bring a tool without a prior appointment?
