Comprehensive production support
Beyond CNC milling and turning, we offer a broad range of additional technologies that allow us to complete orders from A to Z — without needing external sub-suppliers.
EDM and precision grinding are our standard finishing operations for moulds and dies. Reverse engineering allows us to recreate missing documentation or modernise an existing tool from a physical part. Heat treatment is performed in-house — no need to send parts to an external sub-supplier, which shortens lead times and simplifies quality control. 3D printing is used for rapid geometry verification before committing to expensive tooling.
