ZBKT has been designing and manufacturing metal forming tools for over 55 years. We produce blanking dies, progressive stamping dies, and bending and deep-drawing tools for manufacturing companies that require precision sheet metal components. Tools are designed in-house or manufactured to client drawings.
Our tools stamp components from steel, aluminium and stainless-steel sheets 0.3 to 6 mm thick. Punches and dies are made from tool steel selected to match the demands of the application, and blanking profiles are wire-EDM cut to a high degree of precision. Every die is delivered with full CAD documentation and a parts list. We also accept stamping and blanking dies for repair and regeneration regardless of manufacturer.

We design the tool in CAD/CAM, accounting for blank layout, stamping forces and tool durability.
CNC & EDM Machining
Milling of guide plates and bodies; wire EDM of punches and dies to high precision.
Hardening & Grinding
Hardening of working elements to the required hardness; surface grinding to final dimensions.
Assembly & Trial
Full tool assembly, press trial and adjustments until the correct stamping quality is achieved.
Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to manufacture a stamping die?
Simple blanking dies take 3–5 weeks. Multi-stage progressive dies require 8–12 weeks. We state the deadline in the quote.
What materials and sheet thicknesses can your dies stamp?
Our tools stamp steel sheets, aluminium, stainless steel and other metals. Thicknesses from 0.3 to 6 mm. Capabilities for specific materials are confirmed at quoting.
Do you repair existing stamping and blanking dies?
Yes. We repair and regenerate tools regardless of manufacturer: punch replacement, die reprofiling, guide and spring repair. Assessment and quotation are free after delivery.
Do you supply technical documentation with the tool?
Yes, every tool is delivered with CAD documentation and a parts list. On request we also provide material certificates for working elements.
Do you manufacture multi-stage progressive dies?
Yes. We design and manufacture multi-stage progressive stamping dies. Lead time is 8–12 weeks depending on complexity.
