Answers to the questions we hear most often.
How quickly will I receive a quote?
Quote timing depends on the complexity of the enquiry. For simpler orders we respond quickly — just send a technical drawing, CAD model (.step, .iges, .dwg) or describe your needs. For more complex projects we need a little more time. You can also call us directly.
What materials do you machine?
Mainly tool steels (H13, P20, 1.2343, 1.2738), structural steels, aluminium, copper, brass and plastics. When in doubt — call us, we'll advise the right grade for your application.
Do you accept single-piece orders?
Yes. We handle both one-off parts and prototypes as well as series production. There is no minimum quantity — every order is quoted individually.
What is reverse engineering and when is it useful?
Reverse engineering is the recreation of technical documentation or a 3D model from a physical part — without original drawings. Useful when the machine manufacturer no longer exists, documentation is missing, or a part needs modification.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept .step, .iges, .stp, .dwg, .dxf and PDF technical drawings. If you have a different format — contact us, we'll work something out.
Can I bring a damaged tool in for regeneration?
Yes. We regenerate worn or damaged injection molds, dies and blanking tools. Call or come in — we assess the tool at no charge and prepare a repair quote.
Can I place an order without visiting Kraków?
Yes. We accept orders remotely — just send us a technical drawing or 3D file. Finished parts are shipped by courier to your address.
Do you manufacture in-house, or do you outsource production abroad?
We manufacture exclusively in Kraków, at our own facility at ul. Wilcza 4. All materials come from certified Polish suppliers.
