At ZBKT we carry out the full range of machining: CNC and conventional milling, and precision turning of cylindrical parts. Our machining centre with a 1130×510 mm table runs 4-axis operations, allowing complex shapes and geometries to be machined without re-clamping. Conventional milling up to 1500 mm; CNC turning up to 800 mm length and Ø 400 mm diameter.
We mill injection mould cavities, die and punch components, machine parts and assembly fixtures. We turn shafts, bushings, pins, flanges and threaded parts. We machine tool steels, aluminium, brass, copper and plastics. We accept both single-piece orders and production series with no minimum quantity.

Quotation
Send a CAD file (.step, .iges, .dwg) or technical drawing. We will return with a quote. Turnaround depends on order complexity.
CAM Programming
We prepare the machining programme, selecting tools and cutting strategies for the part geometry and material.
CNC Milling or Turning
Machining on our 4-axis milling centre or CNC lathes with ongoing dimensional checks.
Quality Inspection
Inspection of the finished part. On request we issue a measurement report and material certificate.

What tolerances do you achieve with CNC milling?
Tolerances are matched to the technical drawing requirements. State the required precision in your enquiry and we will confirm the achievable range for your specific part and material.
What turning dimensions can you handle?
We turn parts up to Ø 400 mm diameter and 800 mm length. Bar-stock and auto-feed turning is available for smaller series.
How many axes does your CNC milling centre have?
We operate a machining centre with smooth 4-axis operation and a 1130×510 mm table. 4-axis machining allows milling of complex shapes and multi-angle operations in a single set-up. We also carry out conventional milling up to 1500 mm.
Do you turn after hardening (hard turning)?
Yes, we perform hard turning of hardened steel as an alternative or complement to grinding. Achievable hardness range is discussed during quoting for the specific part.
What materials can you machine?
We mill and turn tool steels, aluminium, brass, copper, engineering plastics and other non-ferrous metals. Capabilities for specific grades and specifications are confirmed on enquiry.
Do you accept single-piece orders?
Yes. We handle prototypes and single-piece orders as well as production series. There is no minimum quantity, every order is quoted individually.
What should I send to get a quote?
Preferably a CAD file in .step, .iges, .stp, .dwg, .dxf or .pdf format. We also accept .png and .jpeg. If you only have a description, get in touch and we will quote from that.
